• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide
• Make timely payments as agreed in your service package

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly payments are due on the same date each month as your initial payment
• All prices are in the currency displayed and may vary based on your location
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are as follows:

• Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content
• We retain the right to use your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Any third-party tools, frameworks, or software remain subject to their respective licenses
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you provide

6. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and other factors. We are not liable for delays caused by client delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals. We will communicate any significant delays and work to minimize their impact.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee. Major changes to the project scope may require a new quote and timeline adjustment.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation terms:

• You may cancel your monthly service with 30 days' written notice
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity
• Upon cancellation, you may export your website content, but hosting and support will cease
• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Red Robot Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors beyond our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Red Robot Design from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
